Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England
To gain the Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England, learners will need to achieve minimum of 46 credits. A proportion of these credits must be gained from mandatory units.
Learners claiming a specialist pathway (Dementia, or Adults with Learning Disabilities) must also achieve some credits from specified units within groups B and C. |

Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce
To gain the Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce, learners will need to achieve minimum of 65 credits. A proportion of these credits must be gained from mandatory units. Learners undertaking the Level 3 CYP Diploma will be on one of 3 pathways:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services
This qualification is aimed at individuals who lead social care provision in an adult or children and young peoples setting, either as managers of the provision or as senior practitioners. The Level 5 Diploma is a hybrid qualification that has replaced both the NVQ Level 4 and the Leadership & Management for Care Services (LMC)
There is an opportunity to undertake a choice of 3 Adult or 3 Children & Young People Pathways:

Level 3 & 4 Awards & Certificates in Assessment and Quality Assurance
These qualifications are for people working in, or looking to enter roles in assessment and internal quality assurance. They have been developed to replace the Assessor and Verifier (A&V) Units.
