This resource meets all the outcomes in this particular knowledge set and has extensive evidence opportunities contained within the workbook. There is an assessment record also, which can be used by a manager at supervision sessions to ensure competency.
The knowledge sets are not mandatory but can be used separately or alongside the Skills for Care Common Induction standards and as part of a worker's continuing professional development.
