Inspiration Care I just wanted to let you know that there was positive feedback from showing the DVD entitled Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. It was said to have been easily understood, tackling what we feel is a daunting topic area for staff working directly with individuals they support. The DVD was well thought out and covered the main areas, breaking them down to sizeable chunks that can be reflected upon when the training is being delivered.

Ferndale Residential Care Home "The Mental Capacity Act DVD was fantastic, it was so easy to use and for the staff to understand what it was all about. It was simple yet was all they need to know about it"

Buckinghamshire County Council "Buckinghamshire County Council Social Care Training is using regis: ctv to deliver a comprehensive common induction programme for domiciliary care workers, both those employed by the Council and those employed by private and voluntary organisations. The learner portfolio enables the worker to keep a record of the learning undertaken as well as providing managers with valuable evidence of what has been achieved."

Prestige Prestige - "We have worked with regis:ctv for over seven years and this has felt like a true partnership. They are very responsive to our needs. In addition to the materials they have developed , they have provided information and continue to support us in developing training and development programmes for our staff and our care workers'."

The Dignity Group regis:ctv have been providing us with staff training since the early 1990's. As an organisation providing care and support services for adults with learning difficulties, it's essential that we comply with current legislation and training demands. We have been able to entrust regis with not only providing such training, but also keeping us informed about how we need to organise service delivery in some respects, which to arrive at could otherwise have taken us a great deal of time, resources and expense. regis:ctv work hard to ensure that training remains cost effective for us and actively access whatever creative funding that is available, in order to work with us to save our budgets for other demands. The assessors that regis:ctv provide for our staff are highly motivated and 'go the extra mile' to ensure that even when training demands seem administratively and practically complicated, the learning experience is a smooth and understandable one for our staff. Liaison is excellent with the senior staff at regis and we can be assured that at all times we have a direct route to flag up problems or queries. regis:ctv are flexible in their approach and willing to listen to our needs in an constructive, honest, open and productive manner. They work hard to ensure that we're all on track and that the training provided is appropriate and in line with what current legislation, philosophy and our industry demands. We've been working with regis:ctv for a long time now and would thoroughly recommend them to others in a similar situation to ours.

Primecare Services " I am currently joint working with regis, they are very supportive, have a good reputation and are very experienced in the field of NVQ and will assist you a great deal in terms of all the admin, assessor and IV support Since joining them in May, I have gained much support and this has meant that I can just carry on with assessing and verifying whilst they joint work with us on the quality assurance side of the management systems

The Regard Partnership "Having only run through the NEW FIRE DVD once, it was easy to follow and informative - candidates should be able to cover all aspects required with details from trainer/practical input. I particularly like the continuous certificate".

|
Fire Safety "it was the only fire video I have seen which comes anywhere near meeting the standards"
