Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency, wherever you are shopping from.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All orders placed via the website for regis: ctv products will usually be sent Royal Mail first class recorded post or Courier.
Orders placed over the telephone will be subject to postage and packing charges, and will usually be disptached within 48 hours.

Returns Policy
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND If your parcel from regis:ctv includes an incorrect item or an item that is defective or damaged, you can of course return it to us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost to you. Please note that exchanges can only be made for the exact item ordered. If the item that you wish replaced is not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and associated postage and packing costs. Exchanges such as this are usually made within two to three working days.
A Goods return number must be obtained if you wish to return goods. Please telephone 0800 0680 978 to obtain this number. You will need to write this nummber on label enclosed in parcel. Items returned without a goods return number will be returned to you. Goods must be returned within 14 days or invoice remains payable.
If you are returning goods you are responsible for the outgoing postage and packaging costs detailed on your order. If unpaid a cheque for postage and packing must be sent back with goods along with a copy of the invoice. Please use original packaging wherever possible and returned via Record or Special Delivery. Please be aware, that with certain items special delivery could cost as much as £20.00 to return, this of course is variable. Carriage of goods from the customer to regis:ctv is at the risk of the sender. regis:ctv accepts no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit of returned items.
